2. Purpose of the Website

This website (hereinafter, "Smart Light") aims to provide the public with information about electricity and gas supply offers, as well as calculation and comparison tools to optimize energy consumption.

3. Access and Use Conditions

Accessing and using this website confers the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected herein. The user guarantees the authenticity and currency of all data communicated to Smart Light and shall be solely responsible for false or inaccurate statements made.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

Smart Light, by itself or as assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (including but not limited to: images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.).

Reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without Smart Light's authorization, is expressly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

Smart Light shall not be responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature that may be caused by, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in content, lack of website availability, or transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in content, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent it.

In the event that the website contains links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, Smart Light shall not exercise any type of control over such sites and content. In no case shall Smart Light assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to a third-party website.

7. Transparency and Service Model

Smart Light offers its comparison and calculation tools free of charge to the end user. The maintenance of the platform is financed through:

  • Contracting commissions: When a user contracts a tariff through our platform, the selected supplier pays us a commission for managing the activation (CPA - Cost Per Acquisition).
  • Autopilot Service: Annual subscription of €9 for automated tariff switching management (Model B).

Algorithmic independence: These commercial agreements do NOT influence the calculation algorithm or the order of results shown. Ranking is based exclusively on real savings criteria for the user, without commercial bias.

Intermediation: Smart Light acts as an intermediary/representative for the user to manage the supplier switch, but we are not an energy supplier. The final supply contract is directly between the user and the selected supplier.

8. NIS2 Cybersecurity Compliance

In compliance with Directive (EU) 2022/2555 (NIS2) on measures for a high common level of cybersecurity across the Union, we have implemented:

  • A comprehensive cybersecurity risk management framework.
  • Incident reporting mechanisms to INCIBE (Spanish National Cybersecurity Institute).
  • Business continuity and crisis management plans.
  • Supply chain security measures.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The relationship between Smart Light and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
